Financial Benefits

Applying for Financial Benefits

You may be entitled to financial benefits, such as free or reduced meals, free textbooks, standardized testing discounts, and other services.  Though the application states it is for Free and Reduced Priced Meals, the benefits apply to more than just meals and these benefits not only help you, but they help our school corporation and all of its students as well.  Springs Valley receives thousands of dollars toward Internet and other services based on the number of students qualified for meal benefits.  Therefore, we encourage all of our patrons to see if they qualify and apply for the benefits if they believe they do. To see if you qualify and to apply for benefits, you may either click on the links below for the instructions and forms to fill out and turn in to the school office or you may use your parent/guardian Skyward account to fill out the application online.  Applications are not available in student Skyward accounts; they are only available in the guardian's Skyward account.  If you do not know your Skyward account, have questions, or need help with the application, please contact the office of the school your child is attending for assistance.  Please note that an application for free and reduced price school meals may be filled out and submitted at any time throughout the school year.
